All returns or exchanges require our authorization. You must notify us within ten (10) business days from delivery of your order to initiate a return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All returns for credit must be received by us within ten (10) business days of issuing you an RA number otherwise no credit or refund will be honored. We do not accept returns on custom or special orders. Any returned item should be packaged carefully and include all original packaging materials and tags. A copy of the original invoice should be included with the return. It is highly recommended that you return your item with an appropriate amount of insurance in the event of loss or damage during return delivery to WOW!. All items returned must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and include all parts and paperwork. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. A $5.00 handling fee is charged on all exchanges.

No credit or refund will be given on returns without a valid Return Authorization (RA) Number.
